These Terms are the general website terms for Solo Bridge. A signed proposal or service agreement may contain additional commercial terms for a specific engagement.
About These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Solo Bridge website and any services provided under a proposal, statement of work or other written agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
Our Services
Solo Bridge may provide China-market strategy, localized content, social media operations, platform presence, creator or KOC coordination, customer discovery support, commerce pathways, consulting and related services. The exact scope, timing and deliverables are defined in the applicable written proposal.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and materials you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of claims, prices, availability, licenses and customer-facing information relating to your business.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment timing, taxes, deposits, cancellation arrangements and any approved expenses are specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate and approval.
Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve third-party platforms, creators, hosting providers, payment providers or other services that Solo Bridge does not control. Their policies, algorithms, availability and fees may change. You agree to comply with their applicable terms and platform rules.
Results and No Guarantee
Solo Bridge will perform agreed services with reasonable professional care, but does not guarantee specific rankings, reach, engagement, inquiries, bookings, store visits, sales or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, platform decisions, client inputs and customer behavior.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of materials, brands, tools and intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Rights to final deliverables, working files, templates, licensed materials and reusable methods are governed by the applicable proposal. You grant Solo Bridge the permissions reasonably required to perform the agreed work.
Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other party and will use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already lawfully public.
Digital Products and Service Tools
A Solo Bridge merchant reporting workspace may be provided within selected managed services to organize available channel records, content evidence and customer-action signals. Access, data sources and functionality depend on the applicable written scope. The customer-facing traveler app remains in development; its availability and features are not guaranteed until an official release.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may end a service as permitted by the applicable proposal. Solo Bridge may suspend work where required information, approvals or payment are materially overdue, or where continuing the work would violate law, platform rules or third-party rights.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and concept materials are provided for general information without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses except where such limitation is prohibited by law or a signed agreement states otherwise.
Governing Law and Disputes
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Shanghai, China.
